- Financing: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. - Direct bank transfer: Available in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited directly after placement of your order.
- Direct Debit: Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service or in case of a subscription in accordance with the timelines communicated. You will be notified about the date(s) by email.
- Card Payments: Available in Sweden, Germany and Austria. The amount will be reserved on your card and will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. In case of a subscription the amount will be debited in accordance with the timelines communicated.
The payment methods Pay in  days, Slice It and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. In Stock products processing and dispatch take 1-5 working days. during busy periods please allow 5-10 working days. Our dispatch times apply to all available shipping options.
UK Delivery time will vary depending on the postage option selected at checkout. Standard Delivery is usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days, Fast Delivery is usually delivered within 1 to 2 working days this may take longer at peak times during the year. If you have not received your order within these timescales please contact us. Free Delivery is via Standard Delivery and only available in the UK.
International Delivery times will vary depending on your location and shipping option chosen during checkout. For very heavy orders over 5kg, your order may be subjected to additional postage costs. We will let you know in advance. Please note we are not responsible for any other related costs such as customs and tax, this is your responsibility.
Your order will only be insured up to the amount given on the shipping option you selected at checkout. In the unfortunate event of loss or damage, we will only be able to claim and refund you to the maximum of your shipping cover and shipping fees, therfor it is important that you checkout with the shipping option which insures your total order value.
Please note we are not responsible for any related costs such as customs and tax etc, this will be your responsibility and you will be liable to pay such charges.
Please note large items or heavy orders may incur extra postage costs. In these cases, you will be notified and quoted the additional costs via email. If you would then like to change your mind you can, of course, cancel part of/the full order. Once we get the go-ahead from you, we will invoice you the additional charge. Once this has been paid, your order will be processed.
Delivery times will vary and depend on your destination and are not guaranteed. The time scale given is estimated and could sometimes be quicker or longer. The estimated time scale given is the max time your package should take but are usually much quicker than this, however, this can take longer during busy periods such as during holiday seasons. For the most parts of Europe, the estimated timescale is between 3 to 25 working days. For the most part of the USA, the estimated timescale is between 5 to 25 working days. During busy periods, the delivery may be longer. If you wish for us to find your destinations delivery time, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping on international orders.
Please be aware electrical products may not work properly or have the correct plug for your country. Please check with the manufacturer.
Pre-orders and back order dates stated are estimates and not guaranteed. Pre Orders and Back Orders will be dispatched within 1 working day of our stock delivery. Your order will be marked as complete and an order complete email sent to your email only when your full order has been despatched. UK orders with In stock products will be dispatched first and any back orders will be despatched once the stock has arrived. We may hold your order until any back orders are due within 5 working days. International orders will be held until the full order is in stock. If you wish for the in-stock products to be sent in advance please make separate orders for in stock and back orders.
You may cancel or amend your order welts it is still in its processing stage. Once despatched your order cannot be amended or cancelled.
If your order has been despatch and you wish to cancel, you can do a return instead. If you return your order you, your refund will exclude any postage paid. If you qualified for free shipping on your order, the flat rate shipping fee to your address for your order will be deducted from your refund. Please see below for our return procedure and all the terms and conditions under section 7.
If you have experienced any problems with your order you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. All orders are sent with proof of postage.
By placing an order you and do not enter any delivery notes you agree and are opted in for the delivery service provider used to deliver your package in a safe place or neighbours if you are not at home at the time of delivery. If you do not wish to be opted in please enter delivery notes in the order notes section during the order process or contact us directly before placing your order. Order notes are not guaranteed to be honoured and are at the discretion of the delivery company used.

All prices are default GBP and exclude postage. Depending on your location our website or payment provider used at checkout will translate to your language and or currency in real-time exchange rates.

Discount codes must be entered during checkout and will be discounted on qualifying orders. You may only use a unique discount code once per customer, per order unless otherwise stated and the discount code used allows being used in conjunction with other discounts and offers.

This is not guaranteed and may take longer. We currently do not have a customer call centre and we are an online only business.
It’s important to add our email address to your email contact list to ensure order confirmation and updates are not sent to your junk mail campaigns.

Our other emails addresses, such as our newsletter email are not monitored and are no-reply and only for outbound messages from us. These include order update email, newsletter email and payment notification email. These are not monitored and have no customer service response.
7. Order cancellation and return
You can cancel or change your order during the treatment phase by contacting us.
After your order has been sent, we can not cancel or change it. We can sometimes try and stop delivery and change your order direction back to us if your order is still in transit, however, this is not always possible and not guaranteed. If we are able to do this, we charge a flat fee of £15 per order to cover the cost of this process and postage costs. This will be deducted from your refund. You will then not need to return your order yourself or need to pay any further return postage cost.
If you change your mind, you can return parts or entire order within 14 business days of delivery. Any returned products must be in the same condition as delivered. They must be in new unused condition with the original packaging. You are responsible for returning the goods to us and the cost involved. We strongly recommend that you receive proof of postage and insurance against the value of the loss or damage. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to returned goods. Contact us if you wish to arrange a return.
When the returned goods are received by us, we will process the return and refund the product cost you paid. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If any ordered products are returned to us containing a free gift before the refund is processed, both the product and the free gift must be returned to us in a marketable condition.
If you return your order you, your refund will exclude any postage paid. If you qualified for free shipping on your order and your order now falls below the requirements of free shipping, the flat rate shipping fee to your address for your delivery will be deducted from your refund.
If you cancel or return your order, the payment processing fee will not be refunded and deducted from the refund due.
If you are sent the incorrect or extra product/products, please let us know as soon as possible so we can correct your order and arrange a return. We usually discover these mistakes during a stock check. If we find we have sent you an extra or incorrect product, we will let you know via email and arrange a return to suit you at our cost. We are sorry if this has happened to you and are sorry for the inconvenience. You will be required to return the product/products not ordered or paid for. If our products are not returned, you will be invoiced for the product/products.
If you have not received your order, you must notify us within 14 days for UK delivery and 14 days for international delivery of your order being dispatched. If you notify us within these time frames we will open an investigation. If your parcel is deemed lost we will send out a replacement if stock allows. If a replacement is unavailable we can offer you a refund, gift voucher or alternative stock for the same value as your missing order. If you do not notify us within this time frame we may not be able to send a replacement/refund.

You must be at least 18 years old to buy knives. We can ask for proof of age where relevant.
When you order with us, you are selected and agree to receive newsletters and emails from us. You can manage your subscription or subscribe at any time by clicking on the subscription.
Your information you provide will never be shared or sold and will only be used for order purposes, such as processing and delivery, and our campaigns.

Wow! Event Terms – The minimum spend threshold for each gift must be met to receive your gift. Only 1 gift per threshold per order up to 2 gifts in total. Must add gifts to the basket at the time of order. Gift usual cost in qualifying baskets will be discounted automatically at checkout. Free gift designs will vary. Available welts stock lasts or promotions end.
10. Gift Cards
Devoted Crafts gift cards can be used to pay for orders at checkout. The gift cards amount will expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused credit after 12 months will return to £0. Gift cards are non-refundable once issued. Gift Cards will be emailed to your chosen email recipient shortly after you checkout. We are not liable for lost gift cards.
11. Price Match Promise
Price match on the same product on the same day of your purchase. Valid claim against any online craft retailer in the UK. Includes pre-orders and back orders.
You can submit a price match claim before or after you place an order as long as you do it within 7 days. The price matched product must be lower on the same day of purchase/your price match claim and a claim must be submitted within 7 days of this.
Price match is not eligible on purchases from any auction sites, including but not limited to ebay, Amazon, ebid etc or public selling sites such as but not limited to Gumtree, social media sites, Shpock, Preloved etc.
You must provide the URL or a screenshot from an eligible online retailer showing price, website, date, and product. Price Match is valid on the product price only excluding discounts. The price will only be matched to the product price before any additional discount such as discount codes and multi buy offers. Price Guarantee does not include P&P. The claim must be submitted within 7 days of placing your order or if submitting a claim before purchase and your claim is validated, you will receive a discount code with the price difference which will be valid for 7 days.
Once your claim is approved you will also receive 5% discount code to use on a future purchase. This can not be used on the same order as the price match claim. this code will be valid for 12 months.
Price match are non transferable discounts and has zero cash value.To be used by claimant only and can only be used once per claim.
How to claim?
- Make sure the product was cheaper than your purchased product on the same date.
- Send the proof of a price match claim such as the URL or a screenshot showing the date, product, and price to email@example.com within 7 days.
- Once we have verified the price match we will refund the difference and give you a 5% discount code to use on your next order!
