You may view and use this website for your personal or non-commercial usage. You are not accepted to distribute or supply contents unless written permission from Devoted Crafts has been granted. By using our website and services you are accepting and agreeing to our terms and conditions. If you do not agree, then you must refrain from using this website and its services.

No sensitive payment details data are stored by us or our website.

Security – Our website is safe and safe to use and has a secure connection with the green padlock in the address bar next to our website address, www.devotedcrafts.co.uk. No sensitive information, such as payment card information, is stored by us. We will never share or sell any of the information you provide us, and this information will only be used for the purpose of our order and the delivery company.

Our order processing times for in stock products is 1-5 working days. During busy periods please allow extra time. Our dispatch times apply to all available shipping options, with 1st class/tracked options given priority.

UK Delivery time will vary depending on the postage option selected at checkout. Standard Delivery option is usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days and 1st class/48 hour is usually delivered within 1 to 2 working days. Time frames may take longer at peak times during the year. If you have not received your order within these timescales please contact us. Free Delivery is via Standard Delivery and only available in the UK.

International Delivery times will vary depending on your location and shipping option chosen during checkout. For very heavy orders over 2kg, your order may be subjected to additional postage costs. We will let you know in advance. Please note we are not responsible for any other related costs such as customs and tax, this is your responsibility. Your order is insured up to the amount given on the shipping option you selected at checkout. In the unfortunate event of loss or damage, we will only be able to claim and refund/replace to the maximum of your shipping option even if your order value is higher. It is recommended that you checkout with the shipping option which insures your total order value. For orders valued over £50 we will email you the additional shipment quotes for your order value. This is entirely optional. If you opt out of additional cover your order will still be covered up to the value selected at checkout. Any shipping fees will be refunded in full if a replacement is not available,

Please note we are not responsible for any related costs such as customs and tax etc, this will be your responsibility and you will be liable to pay such charges. Please make sure your order does not contain prohibited or restricted products for your delivery address. We will always do our best to ensure restricted or prohibited items are sent. If we have concerns over import/export restrictions of any products ordered, such products will be removed and refunded from your order before shipment, however, we can not be held responsible for any loss due to customs removal or destruction of any ordered restricted or prohibited items. 

Please note large items or heavy orders may incur extra postage costs. In these cases, you will be notified and quoted the additional costs via email.  If you would then like to change your mind you can, of course, cancel part of/the full order. Once we get the go-ahead from you, we will invoice you the additional charge. Once this has been paid, your order will be processed.

Delivery times will vary and depend on your destination and the postage option you select. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. The estimated time scale given is the max time your package should take but are usually much quicker than this. Please note they may take longer during busy periods such as during holiday seasons. For the most parts of Europe, the estimated timescale is between 5 to 30 working days. For the most part of the USA and the rest of the world, the estimated timescale is between 5 to 60 working days. During busy periods, delivery may be longer. If you wish for us to find your destinations delivery time, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping on international orders.

Please be aware electrical products may not work properly or have the correct plug for your country. Please check with the manufacturer. Please note some products can not be shipped internationally or to certain countries. Should your order contain such products, this will be remove and refunded from your order.

Pre-orders and back order dates stated are estimates and not guaranteed. Pre Orders and Back Orders will be dispatched within 1 working day of our stock delivery. Your order will be marked as complete and an order complete email sent to your email only when your full order has been despatched. UK orders with In stock products will be dispatched first and any back orders will be despatched once the stock has arrived. We may hold your order until any back orders are due within 7 working days. International orders will be held until the full order is in stock. If you wish for the in-stock products to be sent in advance please make separate orders for in stock and back orders.

You may cancel your order during the processing stage. Once despatched your order cannot be amended or cancelled. Cancelled orders which where paid for via Debit or Credit Card will have a non refundable payment processing fee of 4% deducted from the refund.

If your order has been despatch and you wish to cancel, do not worry, you can do a return instead. Please see below for our return procedure and the terms and conditions under section 7. 

If you have experienced any problems with your order you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If your order has not been delivered, you must notify us within 14 days from your order despatch and within 28 days from placings your order. We are unable to help after these time scales or recover any losses for damaged or missing orders. 

All orders are sent with proof of postage.

By placing an order you and do not enter any delivery notes you agree and are opted in for the delivery service provider used to deliver your package in a safe place or neighbours if you are not at home at the time of delivery. If you do not wish to be opted in please enter delivery notes in the order notes section during the order process or contact us directly before placing your order. Order notes are not guaranteed to be honoured and are at the discretion of the delivery company used.
Delivery costs and options available to you will show at checkout. We have a flat rate delivery charge for all delivery options. This does not include extra such as additional cover etc. 

5. Prices
All prices are default GBP and exclude postage. Depending on your location our website or payment provider used at checkout will translate to your language and or currency in real-time exchange rates.
Postage options and prices are shown and chosen during checkout. We charge a flat rate for all orders.
Prices may be subjected to change without prior notice. In circumstances were incorrect prices or price errors are found we have the right to cancel placed orders.
Discount codes must be entered during checkout and will be discounted on qualifying orders. You may only use a unique discount code once per customer, per order unless otherwise stated and the discount code used allows being used in conjunction with other discounts and offers.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders without prior notice. This includes but not limited to pricing error, stock errors etc.

You can find general information and help on our information page on our website. You can contact us at any time via email. We do not currently operate customer service via telephone. 
Adding us to your email contact list may help to ensure order confirmation and updates are delivered to your inbox and not sent to your junk/spam folders.

You can also reply directly to your order confirmation email. Other email address such as newsletters etc are no reply and not monitored.

7. Order cancellation and return
You can cancel or change your order during the treatment phase by contacting us.

Should you create an order, please ensure payment is made within 3 working days. After this period your order will be cancelled. This is to ensure that any stock from your order becomes available for sale again. Please let us know if you create an order and wish to cancel it or if you plan to pay after 3 days. 

If you return your order you, your refund will exclude any postage paid. If you qualified for free shipping on your order, the flat rate shipping fee to your address for your order will be deducted from your refund. 

After your order has been sent, we can not cancel or change it. We can sometimes try and stop delivery and change your order direction back to us if your order is still in transit, however, this is not always possible and not guaranteed. If we are able to do this, we charge a flat fee of £15 per order to cover the cost of this process and postage costs. This will be deducted from your refund. 

If you change your mind, you can return parts or entire order within 14 days of delivery. Any returned products must be in the same condition as delivered. Eligiable return products must be in new unused condition wit the original  and undamged packaging. Contact us if you wish to arrange a return. If you would like to arrange the return yourself, you are resphonsible for returning the goods to us and the cost involved. We strongly recommend that you receive proof of postage and insurance against the value of the loss or damage. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to returned goods. If you wish for us to arrange a return, for most UK addresses a Royal Mail collection return will be arranged and the return label provided upon collection. The return cost will either be deducted from your refund or invoiced depending on your order. The cost for returns up to 2kg is £3.49, up to 5kg £5.99 and £9.99 up to 10kg. Heavier returns will have a custom quote.

If your return is ineligable for a refund, you must cover the return cost back to you. The cost of return is £3.49 up to 2kg, £5.99 up to 5kg and £9.99 up to 10kg. Heavier returns will be given a custom quote. Payment must be made prior to return.

Products that can not be returned or exchanged – Our ex demo and less than perfect items are non returnable/refundable and all sales final. These products are sold as described. Should the product develop any faults etc the usually manufacturing guarantee will apply. If there are any issues on delivery, please let us know within 48 hours. Ex Demo products are always fully quality checked, so you can buy with confidence. 

When the returned goods are received and processed the eligiable return shall be refunded the product cost you paid. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If any ordered products are returned to us containing a free gift before the refund is processed, both the product and the free gift must be returned to us in the same and marketable condition.

Your refund will exclude any postage paid. If you qualified for free shipping on your order and your order now falls below the requirements of free shipping, the flat rate shipping fee to your address for your delivery will be deducted from your refund.

If you cancel or return an order paid via card, the payment processing fee of 4% will not be refunded and deducted from the refund. This does not apply to orders paid via Bank Transfer. If you paid via bank transfer, please include the name on the bank account, sort code and account number. Check the details are correct as we can not be held responsible for any loss due to incorrectly given details.

If your return results in any negative balance, the outstanding balance must be paid within 7 days.

If you are sent the incorrect or extra product/products, please let us know witin 48 hours of delivery. We usually discover these mistakes during a stock check. If we find we have sent you an extra or incorrect product, we will let you know via email and arrange a return to suit you at our cost. We are sorry if this has happened to you and are sorry for the inconvenience. You will be required to return the product/products not ordered or paid for. If our products are not returned, you will be invoiced for the product/products.

If your order arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and take photos of any damage etc as this will be needed in order to process any claims. We will aim to send a replacement however if this is not available a refund will be provided. International deliveries will be compensated up to the order value insured up to and selected during checkout. 

If you have not received your order within the delivery options time frames, you must notify us within 28 days. If you notify us within these time frames we will open an investigation with the shipping provider. If your parcel is deemed lost we will send out a replacement if stock allows. If a replacement is unavailable we can offer you a refund, gift voucher or alternative stock for the same value.  If you do not notify us within this time frame we will unfortunately not be able to send a replacement or offer a refund as per the shipping providers terms and condition’s an investigation can not be opened after these time scales and any losses will not be covered.

8. Other information

Please note product colours, packaging and included accessories may be changed from time to time by the supplier and may be slightly different to photo or description but it will still be the same product with the same SKU.

You must be at least 18 years old to buy knives. We can ask for proof of age where relevant.

When you order with us, you are selected and agree to receive newsletters and emails from us if you selected this option during checkout.  You can manage your subscription or subscribe at any time by clicking on the subscriptions.

Your information you provide will never be shared or sold and will only be used for order purposes, such as processing and delivery, and our campaigns.

Please note that we are not responsible for other related costs such as taxes, import and fees, this is your responsibility sop please check with your local departments before placing an order. We are based in the UK and despatch from UK Mainland only.

Please note that electrical products are not working properly or that you have the correct contact for your country. Please check with the manufacturer.

We do not tolerate threats, unfair demands, abuse or spamming. We will not respond to such conduct and, if necessary, take further action.

9. Promotions
Free Shipping is only eligable for orders that meet the minimum spend excluding delivery costs. Free Shipping is sent via Standard Shipping. This may be subjected to change at any time without prior notice. Free shipping applies to UK Mainland Only.

Discount codes must be added at the checkout stage when placing your order and can not be added at a later stage.
If any order is returned to us which contains a FREE GIFT, before the refund is processed, both the product and the Free Gift must be returned to us in a re-saleable condition.

Free £5 gift card on orders £100 or more – £100 minimum order value after any discounts and promotions have been applied. Minimum spend excluding delivery cost and must be spent in one transaction to qualify. The Gift card will automatically be added to your qualifying basket at checkout. Limited to 1 per order. The gift card is valid for 3 months from your order date and can be used with no minimum spend on devotedcrafts.co.uk. Excludes delivery costs. 

10. Gift Cards

Devoted Crafts gift cards can be used to pay for orders at checkout. The gift cards amount will expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused credit after 12 months will return to £0. Gift cards are non-refundable once issued. Gift Cards will be emailed to your chosen email recipient shortly after you checkout. We are not liable for lost gift cards. These terms are separate from any promotional gift cards. Gift cards have no cash value. 

We may change and update these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
