The crisis has thrown all the norm up in the air and understandably you are wanting updates and information. We have received a large number of customer queries and working hard to get back to everyone as quickly as possible as well as following government guidelines.
Our customer service is currently working safely from home and responding to queries as quickly as possible. Please only send us one email per query. If you send multiple messages this will place your query at the back of the queue. We will respond to your query, so please bear with us during this period. Currently, from third lockdown we can take up to 10 days.
Please ensure you’re providing us with as much detail as you can in your emails, including your name, order number and delivery address, so that we have everything we need to try and resolve your query as quickly as possible. Please also check our information page before contacting us.
We have made some immediate changes which we will be following during these times in order to keep safe and help prevent the spread of COVID19. This will affect stock, despatch and customer service response times.
Delivery: We are now currently shipping orders. Despatch times may be taking longer than usual, we are working hard to prevent delays as much as possible. We are taking longer than our usual 1 to 5 working days order processing aim. Some delivery options will not be available, the options currently available will be shown to you at checkout. Delivery times will also vary to the usual.
Stock: A lot of warehouses and businesses have temporarily closed or reduced opening hours in order to keep safe and help prevent the spread of COVID19. We may have delays across any pre and back order products that we are awaiting stock from. This means your pre or back orders will take longer than usual and girm time frames will be hard to judge and may change.
Customer Service: We are currently receiving a high volume of messages. In order to deal with these efficiently we have decided to remove all our social media accounts temporarily to avoid duplicate contact and will only be available via email. Please bear with us and please only send one email regarding the same query and we will get back to you as quickly as we can. We may take longer than usual, please bear with us.
